I think I like several things about my coaching experience. It feels very personal, in the sense that I am spoken to in a way that engages me and makes sense to me. It would be hard if someone coached me without getting to know me, and I feel like my therapist does a very good job of tailoring her advice to me and my situation. It makes it easier to implement! My therapist helped me with my procrastination, I saw tangible results where I got 9.2/10 in my Statistics exam!

I had such a great experience with Hannah. I definitely felt better after the sessions. She is a great listener and really helped me to think things through, put things in boxes and put a plan together when this was helpful.

I really enjoyed my sessions with Maarab. She's very calm, very attentive and gives logical advice. I liked the sessions with Melany Brito because I've practiced strategies like cognitive restructuring, positive affirmations, and anxiety management techniques. Everything is going great, Kishah is really good and she understands where I'm coming from and meets me where I need to be met. I was really sad, anxious 90% of the time and I didn't have structure to actually work on my self and having Kishah as my coach is a blessing. I am really at a good place mentally and I'm genuinely happy and ready to be better and do better.

Three months ago, I was completely hopeless, disoriented and wasn't even able to do my daily tasks and my mind and body was filled with negative thoughts(even suicidal thoughts) and anxiety. I was not even able to focus for even fifteen minutes. But now, after the ten sessions with Chrys, I made a lot progress. From fixing my sleep schedule to manage the stress of heavy workload and building a new week schedule, I learned to calm the anxiety and to manage the negative thoughts and emotions and Now I am focused on my goals and on my upcoming exam. My coach was always there to listen to me even between our session. I used to share my problems on email to my coach sometimes in between the sessions which I liked the most. Now I am completely changed, I am oriented and focused and all this is possible because Chrys and her guidance. Thank you so much Coach.
She was able to make me feel safe. Everything I say is heard and understood. As a result, I was able to quickly open up emotionally and also talk about difficult and conflict-laden topics. She asked good questions and linked events and content from other sessions. I was able to recognize patterns in my behavior, beliefs and thinking, but also events where I have already achieved changes. She made me realize what resilience and inner strength means and how much of it I already have. I have found a new perspective on many things in my life; first and foremost on myself.
